• Provide journaling, mood tracking, and AI companion features
• Generate personalized insights, trends, and summaries
• Maintain account history, streaks, and progress statistics
• Process payments for paid access plans
• Protect the product against abuse and security issues

AI processing and sharing

Your journal entries are processed to deliver supportive responses and pattern recognition. AI-generated insights stay attached to your account. We do not use your personal journal content to train general-purpose AI models.

We do not sell personal data. Limited information may be shared with service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, and AI operations.

Retention and your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Account deletion removes associated data within 30 days unless a longer retention window is required by law.
